Made from 50% sprouted spelt flour. Spelt is higher in protein and easier to digest than conventional wheat. This pasta also contains spirulina, a natural algae rich in beta-carotene and protein. The sprouted process of the spelt means it has a higher content of vitamins E, C, B, amino acids and trace minerals.
